At Tyche we provide expert and highly specialized investment advisory services to sophisticated institutional investors.

Our investment strategy and focus is in the emerging market debt asset class (total return strategy), however we may invest in any market that we believe offers a high probability of total return or, alternatively, that provides a high degree of safety in uncertain times. We may allocate from 0-100% of our assets between external emerging market debt, local currency debt, emerging market currencies and commodities; all across the emerging market and macro spectrum.

The BRIC developing economies and others are positioned similarly where America was two and three generations ago. They are becoming more urban, technologically advanced and demographically advantageous for consumer spending potential while embracing change as innovation and new ideas sweep across the frontier.

The shift of economic activity and jobs towards China, India and other developing countries and growing demand for natural resources from Africa, the Middle East, Russia and part of Latin America, is resulting in a shift in liquidity that is one of the greatest transfers of economic activity and wealth in the past 100 years.

Tyche accesses "street" research through the major emerging market banks. We have a tremendous network of overseas contacts, third party market/geopolitical intelligence boutiques and on the ground research that we believe provides us with a leading edge on giving our investors the highest total returns for the long term.
