Ms. Breslin has been involved in investment banking in the energy sector since the late 1980's working for JPMorgan Chase Investment Banking. She was involved in capital raising, loan origination, marketing, packaging and analysis for major institutional oil and gas clients. She now focuses on municipal and state pension funds for allocation into emerging market debt products for Tyche.
